Shu’s Pickled Eggs
Here to continue with a temporary egg theme is Shu’s very simple, flexible & delicious pickled egg recipe.
1 pint of water
1 pint apple cider vinegar
1 box pickling spices
kosher salt to taste
Flavor to taste using garlic, hot peppers etc. basically any spice you like it’s super flexible so have fun with it.
Immerse 6 hard boiled shelled eggs into the mixture you have prepared.
Make sure all eggs are submerged; pickling for 3-7 days in the refrigerator to be on the safe side, making sure to rotate them daily. In the refrigerator in the pickling liquid they can last up to 4 months.
